The following applications were publically notified by Council on Monday 9th November:
090106 To subdivide Lot 6 DP 1988 into 13 allotments at 131 Sewell Street, Hokitika. Twelve allotments range in size from 233m2 to 268m2, Lot 13 will be an access lot.
090107 To use land, described as proposed Lots 1-12 of the subdivision of Lot 6 DP 1988, for residential purposes on allotments below 285m2. To reduce the width of the allotment access strip and to reduce various setback requirements on proposed lots 1-10 as submitted in plans received 7 September 2009.
