Pursuant to Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, public notice is hereby given of the following meetings for April/May 2013 to be held in the Council Chambers, 36 Weld Street, Hokitika.

The Haast Promotions Group AGM meeting will be held on Wednesday 22nd May 2013, at the Heartland World Heritage Hotel (Waiatoto Restaurant), commencing at 7.00pm.
