Wildfoods and Other Events Bylaw 2003

The Westland District Council has commenced a review of the Westland District Wildfoods and Other Events Bylaw 2003 as is required under the provisions of the Local Government Act 2002.

A statement of proposal has been adopted by Council and a copy of that statement is available together with a copy of the reviewed bylaw which is available from the Council Office during ordinary working hours.The officer for enquiries is Richard Simpson.

Any submission is required to be lodged at the Council building prior to 5.00pm on the 23 November 2009. Any submissions received will be considered shortly after that date by a Committee of the Council with the final consideration to be undertaken by the Council at a regular meeting.
